PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 75 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.2 herein, who was arrested on 12.06.2022 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 353 and 307 IPC in Crime No.75 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.On the earlier occasion, the petitioner along with 1st accused moved bail petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11326 of 2022 before this Court. This Court, vide order dated 24.06.2022, granted bail to the 1st accused and insofar as the 2nd accused, who is the petitioner herein, is concerned, finding that previous cases are pending against him, it was dismissed as withdrawn.

3.This petition has been filed on the ground that after thorough checkup, it was found that no case is pending against this petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also produced a print out, noting down all the cases that have been registered against the petitioner, wherein it is found that the cases, which were registered against the petitioner, came to be disposed of and thereafter, no case has been registered against this petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent also admitted the aforesaid fact.

CRL OP(MD). No.12013 of 2022 5.Considering the period of incarceration and the fact that the co-accused has been released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Singampunari, Sivagangai District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 05/07/2022 / TRUE COPY / 05/07/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
