The present petition is filed to direct the second respondent to execute the bailable warrant issued against the first respondent on 23.11.2017 by the Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur in S.T.C.No.409 of 2017.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the second respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on search, it is found that the first respondent does not reside in the address given. The prosecutor is now required to instruct the concerned Investigation Officer to return the warrant to the concerned Court with their said statement. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudications.
