This petition has been filed to forbear the respondent police from interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondents on the other.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint received against the petitioner was enquired into https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.11238 of 2021 and closed on 02.08.2021. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the respondent police will not interfere in the said civil dispute.
