O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7858 of 2022, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by order dated 27.04.2022, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7858 of 2022, directed the third respondent therein, to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 05.04.2022, issue notice to both the parties and dispose of the case, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. But, the respondent police did not comply with the said order. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in C.S.R.No.95 dated 05.04.2022, further action has been dropped.
