[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 25.09.2020, passed by the third respondent directing the petitioner to hand over the possession of the secured asset to the respondent - Bank by 06.10.2020, failing which, they would take over the possession of the same at 11.00 a.m., on 07.10.2020 and hand over the same to the respondent - Bank.

2. A perusal of the records shows that the impugned notice was issued as early as on 20.09.2020 and so far, no interim order has been granted by this Court. Thus, we do not propose to issue any positive direction at this juncture due to efflux of time.

3. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned, if his grievance still exists, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitio is closed. [R.M.D., J.] [J.S.N.P., J.] 24.11.2022 (2/2) Index :
