ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking directions to the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 23.04.2023 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation based on the representation dated 26.04.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that today morning, the petitioner's vehicle handed over to the petitioner and he has also produced the acknowledgment before this Court.
