Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18884 of 2018 on 25.10.2018.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that

the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18884 of 2018 on 25.10.2018 is totally relaxed. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
