O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give Police protection to petitioner`s life and lives based on his complaint dated 22.03.2022 addressed to the 1st and 2nd respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he purchased the property from the fourth respondent on 22.06.2021 and at at that time, she promised to vacate the above said houses within three months, but later, she failed.

3. The learned additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.151 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and at that time of enquiry, they have given an undertaking that they will resolve the issue through proper civil proceedings and so the above said complaint was closed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
