Prayer in CRL RC(MD). 16/ 2020:

To set aside the order passed in C.A.No.37/2015, dated 23.10.2019 by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Sivagangai, by confirming the sentence passed by the Learned Fast Track Court, Karaikudi in S.T.C.No.161/2013, dated 24.06.2015 and acquit the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MATHIYALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted by this Court for complying the conditions imposed by an order dated 21.09.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.103 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.16 of 2020 for further four weeks.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner was unable to mobilise the funds and prayed to grant extension of time for complying the conditions. 3.In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed and the extension of time for complying the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.103 of 2020 is granted for a period of one month https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.5171 of 2020 from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Failing which, the petition stands automatically dismissed.
