ORDER
The prosecution has filed this petition seeking extension of time for a further period of six months to file the final report in Cr.No.29 of 2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that this is a case of on-line fraud and the amount has been transferred to four different Banks situated in Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand and Gujarat. They have already enquired with regard to the bank transaction in the Banks in Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat. However, they have to enquire with regard to the bank transaction in the Banks in Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand. He further submits that the accused has given fake address in the banks and also collected money. Therefore, he requests six months time to conclude the investigation.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/victim has raised an objection that the case was registered in the month of November 2023 and the investigating agency has not made any progress.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate 2/4
