This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct survey the land of the petitioner in Survey No.276/5A at K.K.Pallam group village, Manamadurai taluk, Sivagangai district. The petitioner had given a representation on 01.05.2023 and also paid necessary charges through e-challan. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.It is stated that patta for the aforementioned land stands in the name of petitioner.

4.A direction is given to the respondents 2 and 3 to examine the representation of the petitioner and documents, if there is no objection proceed further to conduct survey as sought in the representation given by the 2/4

petitioner. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
