Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The defacto complainant Rajpandi is also present in person through video conferencing facility. The defacto complainant is having no objection for quashing the impugned First Information Report.

3. The defacto complainant has not received any compensation from the Government. Since the parties have arrived at an amicable solution, there is no purpose in keeping the impugned First Information Report alive. The impugned First Information Report stands quashed. The criminal original petition stands allowed.
