This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give protection to the petitioner, her family members based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.10.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 13.11.2020.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
