The writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Trichy to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 27.03.2023 under Section 12 of Patta Passbook Act, questioning the order of the third respondent in Na.Ka.Aa2/263/2023, dated 08.02.2023. 2.At any rate, let every endeavour is taken by the second respondent to dispose of the aforementioned appeal on or before 30.09.2023, by issuing notice to the concerned parties and by following principles of natural justice and in manner known to law.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
