ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a direction directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry was undertaken. It is a matrimonial dispute between the parties. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and gave an undertaking that they will resolve their issues before the appropriate civil forum. Based on the undertaking, the said complaint was closed.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
