ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent herein under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. Since a statutory appeal remedy is available, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

2.In case, if an appeal is preferred before the competent authority, the period between 02.06.2025, till the date of receipt of a copy of this order from this Court, shall be excluded for the purpose of calculating the limitation for filing an appeal.
