ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents herein not to harass the petitioner under th guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein enquiry was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, petitioner has also appeared and stated that he has sustained injuries in the accident and after recovery, he will appear before the respondent police for enquiry.

3. Now, the complaint has been given by the third respondent stating that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- on promising to secure a job in aboard, but, later, failed and cheated him.

4. Since the petitioner appeared before the respondent police and gave an undertaking that he will co-operate to complete the process of enquiry, the respondents police is directed to complete the enquiry process within a period of 15 days from the date of recovery of the 2/4

petitioner from the injury. During the Course of enquiry, if any trouble arises to the parties they can work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
