This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2017.

2.Heard Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner, a preliminary enquiry has been initiated and summons has been issued to all the parties for enquiry, the parties are also appearing for enquiry and enquiry is also going on. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the fact that the enquiry has already been commenced, the third respondent/Inspector of Police, Gangaikondan Police Station, Tirunelveli District is directed to proceed with the enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
