This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to comply with the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar in Crl.M.P.No.3093 of 2021, dated 04.05.2021 and investigate the complaint expeditiously in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that, the case has been received by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District in Cr.M.P.No.3093 of 2021, dated 04.05.2021. This complaint was forwarded to the first respondent/the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Virudhunagar District, both the parties appeared and the enquiry was conducted. Since the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, the complaint was also closed and advised to the petitioners seeks to 2/5

appropriate remedy before the Civil Court and to file a closure report to the Judicial Magistrate.

3. I have considered the submission, on perusal of the records it is seen that the complaint given by the petitioner before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar District and the same has been taken on file in Cr.M.P.No.3093 of 2021, dated 04.05.2021 which was forwarded to the first respondent for further investigation. On receiving the same the first respondent police after investigating the matter, found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and closed and sent to the closure report before the trial Court.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate legal action in this matter.
