Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor categorically stated that there is no complaint against the petitioner. No FIR has been registered against the petitioner. It has been assured that the petitioner will not be put to any kind of harassment.
