PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

O RDER This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police conducted the enquiry and closed the case, since the case is civil in nature. He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy before the concerned Civil Court itself. 08.02.2024 Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No TSG 2/4
