O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to take immediate action for creation of fabricated documents by way of impersonation, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2017.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that some named persons created a Patta and occupied the Government land and hence, to take action against those persons, the petitioner has filed a complaint before the second respondent. Since no action has been taken on the complaint given by the petitioner, he has filed the present writ petition.
3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into by the respondent police and found that those named persons are encroached the property and closed the complaint advising the petitioner to approach the Revenue authorities to take appropriate action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and closed, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance against the alleged encroachment made on the Government property, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the Revenue authority to take action and the respondent police cannot do anything in the matter. No costs.
