Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing respondents 2, 3, 4, 5 and 9 their men or agents or authorised persons from constructing underground waste collection bins or any other construction in Survey No.84/6A and 85/1A at Kokkulam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the apprehension that the underground waste collection bins or other constructions will be put up in the petition mentioned survey numbers.

3. It appears that the petition mentioned survey numbers are to be exchanged in favour of the writ petitioner for having made use of the petitioner's some other lands. In fact the petitioner has filed an independent writ petition in that regard.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents states that there is no proposal to put up any kind of construction in the petition mentioned survey numbers.

5. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
