This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue No Objection Page No. 1 of 4

Certificate (NOC) to enable the petitioner to start a fortnight magazine based on his representation dated 16.03.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstance of the case and the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 16.03.2021 and convey the decision to the petitioner, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No cost.
