respondent was promoted and in this regard, the Director of School Education, Chennai, issued proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3720/W1/E1/2019, dated 30.01.2020. 3.Since the issues have been settled, no adjudication is required and the Writ Appeal stands disposed of.
