ORDER

This criminal revision case has been filed against the order dated 28.02.2022, passed in M.C.No.18 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District.

2.The learned counsel on either submitted that compromise has been reached between the parties, by which, the petitioner agreed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- to the respondent herein as one time maintenance. Apart from that he has to pay Rs.50,000/- to the respondent's family, which he already borrowed from them. He has also to return all the jewels and house hold articles. The respondent is at liberty to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner before the Family Court, Sivagangai, by following proper procedure.

3.In view of the compromise reached between the parties, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. This criminal revision case is disposed of as per the terms of compromise. The terms of compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
