The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.01.2017 and to direct the respondents to permit to conduct Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 11.02.2017 and 12.02.2017 at Avaniyapuram, Iyyanpapagudi (Near) Bala Nagamma Kovil, Play ground, Avaniyapuram, Madurai 625 012. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent

has no objection to conduct the Kabadi Tournament scheduled to be held on 11.02.2017 and 12.02.2017 as stated in the writ petition. 4.The Special Sub Inspector of Police, attached to the 2nd respondent is present before this court and he has also made an endorsement in the petition in presence of the learned Government Advocate, which reads as follows:- " No objection sd/-xxxxxxxx 10.02.2017 9498182316 M.Deivendran S.S.I"

5.The above endorsement is recorded.

6.In view of the above circumstances, this petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent police to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders, purely on merits and in accordance with law, today itself. No costs.
