ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to provide adequate police security with weapon as per the Advisory of Ministry of Home Affairs dated 14-06-2013 for continuous threat from the Land Mafia and the Government Officials for the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.14237 of 2021 17.07.2021, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 06.09.2021.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
