ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order passed in E.P.No.69 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2013, by the Rent Control Tribunal-cum-Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

3.The Executing Court passed an order in E.P.No.69 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2013 against the petitioner herein / tenant to deliver possession of the property on 04.01.2019. However, it is stated by both sides that already delivery was effected by the Court officials on 21.12.2018 and hence nothing survives in the present petition.
