the office records namely the Encumbrance Certificate and other related ledgers in respect of the petitioners landed property for an extend of 675 sq.ft (1.5 cents) in survey No. 54/4 at Panaikulam Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District by considering his representation dated 22.05.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put on notice before passing the order.
