2. This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in D.V.C.No.63 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate/Additional Mahila Court, Thiruchirappalli.

3. Lavanya is the complainant. She is the second respondent herein. She appeared before this Court through video conferencing facility. She has been duly identified. She categorically states that the matter has been compromised and a copy of the compromise memo has been enclosed in page No.28 of the typed set of papers. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. Since the issue has been settled between the parties, no purpose will be served by keeping the impugned proceedings alive. The impugned proceedings stand quashed. This criminal original petition stands allowed.
