ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the orders of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.4979 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition.

2.This Court in the above said writ petition has directed the respondent Police to provide Police protection to conduct survey. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the Surveyor has not come to conduct the survey and therefore, they are not in a position to provide Police protection. 3.In the event, if the Surveyor has not come, the petitioner can very well workout his remedy before the Tahsildar. The respondent Police shall provide protection whenever a request is received from the Surveyor.
