ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta in his name in respect of the petition mentioned properties.
3. Notice was ordered to the respondent. On the strength of the instructions received from the respondent, the learned Government Advocate submits that in respect of some of the properties, it is possible to grant separate patta. In respect of the other properties, the materials are not sufficient. Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and issue notice to all the stakeholders and interested persons and pass final order on the petitioner's application within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or other.
