Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 & R2.

2. The petitioner has to obtain relief only in the pending partition suit. Invoking writ jurisdiction is misconceived. Granting liberty to work out his remedy in the partition suit, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 25.06.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No rmi 2/4
