ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner alleges that mistake had taken place in respect of the petition mentioned land. In this regard, enquiry was already conducted by the Tahsildar, Dindigul East Taluk. He had submitted report to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dindigul. Since UDR errors are only corrected by District Revenue Officer, the second respondent is directed to forward the papers to the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent will heard the petitioner and other stakeholders if any and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
