Heard the learned counsel on either side. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the third respondent to grant him permission and also police protection to hold the petition mentioned event.

W.P.(MD)No.14393 of 2020 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, I posed a question to the petitioner's counsel as to whether there is any dispute regarding the management. The petitioner's counsel fairly states that there appears to be some dispute regarding composition of the executive committee. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to hold a peace committee meeting in this regard. The second respondent will take all the possible measures for ensuring the temple festival is conducted peacefully and smoothly. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
