ORDER

This Writ petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of petitioner's complaint, dated 07.07.2017 as per the procedure enshrined in chapter XII of Cr.P.C., as expeditiously as possible within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout her remedy as available in law. No costs.
