Criminal Revision Case is sought to be filed under Section 397 Cr.P.C. r/w. Section 401 Cr.P.C., to call for the records from the learned Family Judge, Madurai and set aside the order in Cr.M.P.No.128 of 2018 in M.C.No.2 of 2018 dated 21.11.2019. For Petitioner :
