Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose the enquiry proceedings based on the communication of the first respondent in Mu.Mu.No.2780/U4/2017 dated 30.01.2017 within stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to dispose the enquiry proceedings based on the communication of the first respondent in Mu.Mu.No.2780/U4/2017 dated 30.01.2017. 2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.RM.ArunSwaminathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation to the first respondent to take action against the District Registrar, Ramanathapuram on 16.01.2017. The first respondent has referred the matter to the second respondent by his proceedings Mu.Mu.No.2780/U4/2017 dated 30.01.2017 to take necessary action. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would further submit that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass orders based on the communication sent by the first respondent.

In the light of the above facts and considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to dispose of the enquiry proceeding based on the communication of the first respondent, dated 30.01.2017, within the period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing opportunity to all necessary parties.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
