ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to entertain the Trust Properties in Survey No. 74/2, AP Survey No. 74/2 of Panagudi Village and Natham Survey No. 743/5 of Thandayarkulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, and Survey Nos. 1074/2B, 1073/1, 1073/2A of South Valliyoor Part-2, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District for registration by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2024.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2024, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted 2/4

under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
