Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents.

2.The petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to look into the same. If any cognizable offence is made out, then an FIR should be registered. If no cognizable offence is made out, the petitioner's complaint shall be enquired into and closed and the closure report will be served on the petitioner so that the petitioner can work out her rights in the manner known to law. The second respondent cannot keep the matter pending.
