Prayer :- This Civil Revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India of India, to direct the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, to expedite the disposal of the suit in O.S. No. 13 of 2014 and to pass Decree and Judgement within a time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the letter D.No. 338/2022, dated 26/08/2022 from the District Munsif, Aranthangi; this Court made the following order:

The learned District Munsif, Aranthangi, sent a letter dated 26.08.2022, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of O.S.No.13 of 2014, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.09.2021.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 26.08.2022, six months' time is extended from today to dispose of O.S.No.13 of 2014.
