ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel produced copy of the communication addressed to the learned counsel. It reads as follows:- "We have sanctioned Education loan to Ms.S.Nivetha, D/o.Selvakumar for pursuing B.Sc. (Cardiac Technology) for Rs.1,32,00,000/- on 20.06.2024 and the sanction letter has been served to Mr.Selvakumar. As the student is currently pursuing 2nd year and paid the fees already for 2nd years, the student has to produce the Original Bills for reimbursement of 2nd year fees (Tuition fee: Rs.60,000/- & Book fee: Rs.6,000).

The student and parent may be requested to visit the branch in the coming days for execution of loan documents." 2.The petitioner has to act in terms of the aforesaid directions. The petitioner's grievance has been redressed.
