Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants to register the death of his grandfather. He is said to have passed away in the year 1930. 3.Without going into the merits of the matter, I direct the respondent to dispose of the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
