By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Mr.D.Balamurugapandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is son of Chinnaiah and his sister's name is Kaliammal. The petitioner's father passed away on 05.03.2016 and thereafter, he submitted an application to issue legal heirs certificate on 05.04.2016. Hence, the present writ petition. 4.The learned counsel would further submit that though the petitioner has sought for legal heirs certificate for his forefather, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondent to issue the legal heirs certificate to the petitioner's father, namely, Chinnaiah alone.
