2.The impugned order by itself does not affects the petitioner's rights. No adverse order has been passed against the petitioner. It is stated that enquiry is proposed to be held tomorrow (19.06.2024) by the first respondent. All the contentions of the petitioner are left open. If any adverse order is passed, it is always open to the petitioner to move this Court again for immediate relief.

3.Granting liberty to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and leaving open all the defences of the petitioner, this writ petition is 2/4
