ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to grant Selection Grade to the petitioner from 26.02.2008 and to pay arrears of salary for the period from 26.02.2008 till date and other benefits etc. 2.It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that no representation has been given to the respondents.

3.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned with a fresh representation.

4.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the authorities concerned with a fresh representation seeking appropriate relief within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the same shall be considered and appropriate orders be passed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
