This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.06.2017, and take further action.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a complaint against one Nagarajan alleging that he has cheated the petitioner for arranging housing loan and since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and subsequently, it was closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the above circumstances, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
