ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks review of the order dated 08.04.2025 in W.P.(MD)No.9996 of 2025. The said order rests on the premise that the 4/6

District Collector dismissed the appeal filed by the review applicant herein. The learned counsel for the review applicant states that he has moved the Land Commissioner in the meanwhile and the report has been called for.

2. We direct the Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department / Land Commissioner to dispose of the revision filed by the review applicant on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the said revision petition is disposed of, the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by us in W.P.(MD)No.9996 of 2025 shall be put on hold. The Review Application is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
