This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.473 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.473 of 2018 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur on 18.12.2018 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No.11873 of 2020 dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
